Personal Training · 1-on-1

Performance training backed by clinical expertise.

In-person at Trifecta Fitness in Bozeman, or remote programming with onboarding sessions for clients further afield. Both run on the same clinical foundation: assess movement, identify what's leaking force, and build a program that earns durability for what your sport actually demands.

Remote programming through Gallatin is custom coaching with direct access to me. If you want a lower-cost, structured digital plan you can run on your own, Montis is the better fit.

How it works

The same clinical method behind every block.

1 · Assess

Movement screen, history intake, training context. We figure out what your body actually does well and where the gaps are.

2 · Design

Program built around your sport's specific demands. Mountain athletes don't need bodybuilding splits — they need durability under fatigue.

3 · Execute

Weekly workouts, mode toggles for travel/busy/under-slept days, video demos baked in. You don't have to remember anything.

4 · Progress

Programming updates monthly based on what the body's responding to. Periodized, not random.

Who this is for

Athletes who want training to do more than just check the box.

Personal training isn't for everyone. It's for the people whose sport demands real durability — backcountry skiers, trail runners, mountain bikers, climbers — and who want their training to genuinely make them harder to injure.

Most clients come in with one of three things going on: (1) finishing PT after a knee or shoulder injury and wanting to build forward instead of plateauing, (2) a sport-specific season coming up and wanting to be ready for it, or (3) generally fit but training without much structure and ready to commit to something with a real plan.

If that sounds like you, the inquiry form is fast. The remote option in particular has predictable monthly cost and zero contract.

Common starting points

  • Post-rehab continuation — finished PT, want to keep building
  • Pre-season prep — get ready before snow flies / trails dry out
  • Year-round structure — replace random gym work with a real plan
  • Longevity-focused training — train so you can still ski at 70
  • Off-season strength block — build the base for next season
