Remote coaching · US

You don't need to live in Bozeman for a clinician to look at your training.

Remote coaching is for people who want individualized programming and a clinician and coach looking at the bigger picture. ACL return to sport. Ski preparation. Training around an old injury. Or just finally getting some structure around what you are already doing.

Start here

Start with a Strategy Session.

A one-time session is often enough if you mainly need another set of eyes. You send your history and several movement and training videos ahead of time. The session runs 45 minutes working through the problem. You leave with a written plan for what to do next.

How remote coaching works

Changes based on what your body is actually doing.

You train. The coaching needs enough information to understand what is happening. That comes from your training data, your feedback, and video. Changes are made based on what the body is actually doing, not because a generic four-week calendar says the program needs to change.

Scope

Coaching and education.

Remote coaching is performance coaching and education. When the situation requires actual medical diagnosis or treatment, that belongs in the appropriate licensed clinical setting. In Montana or other jurisdictions where the practice can legally provide PT services, a separate clinical relationship may make sense.
