Remote · anywhere in the US

Expert eyes on your training, wherever you are.

Remote coaching, programming, and return-to-sport strategy for ACL athletes, skiers, and mountain athletes who want structure, progression, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy in their corner - without being in Bozeman. Not a generic plan and not a chatbot. Your program, your check-ins, your roadmap, built and adjusted by me.

How to work together remotely

Start with a session. Continue if it's a fit.

Most people start with a one-time Strategy Session to get a plan and a clear next step. If you want me building and adjusting it with you over time, the monthly tiers pick up from there.

How it works

The same clinical method, delivered remotely.

1 · Assess

Intake history plus movement videos you record at home. We figure out what your body does well, where the gaps are, and what your sport is going to demand.

2 · Design

A program built around your goals and your body, delivered through your own Workout Navigator with video demos and travel / short / recovery modes baked in.

3 · Execute

You train your plan. Send video form-checks and questions between calls; I keep you on track and answer in plain language.

4 · Progress

We review on your check-in cadence and I adjust the plan based on what your body is responding to. You leave each call with a written summary.

Who this is for

Athletes who need structure, progression, and a clinical set of eyes.

This is built for people outside the Gallatin Valley who want the same intelligent, body-aware training I do in person - the kind built around your history, not a generic template.

Most people who work with me remotely fall into one of three camps: (1) coming back from an ACL or other knee surgery and wanting an expert guiding the return-to-sport progression, (2) a skier or mountain athlete who wants sport-specific durability before the season, or (3) someone fit but tired of training without structure who wants a real, progressing plan that respects how their body moves.

Reach out through Contact and I'll point you to the right starting tier - or tell you honestly if remote isn't the right fit.

Common starting points

  • Return-to-sport after ACL - you've finished formal rehab and want expert progression back to your sport
  • Pre-season mountain prep - get durable before snow flies or trails dry out
  • Training around an old injury - programmed around, not ignored
  • Year-round structure - replace random gym work with a real plan
  • A second opinion - one Strategy Session to pressure-test your current plan
What this is - and isn't

Coaching and strategy. Clinical care where I'm licensed.

Remote Coaching & Strategy is performance coaching, programming, and movement education. For athletes anywhere in the US, it is not physical therapy, medical care, or treatment of a specific injury, and it doesn't replace in-person medical or PT care. Coaching is general and educational - it doesn't diagnose or treat a condition.

If you are located in Montana - or a Physical Therapy Compact state where I hold a privilege - hands-on clinical care can be part of the picture under a separate clinical agreement. We'll sort out which lane fits you at intake based on where you live and what you need. If you have a current injury, recent surgery, or medical condition, check with a licensed provider in your area before starting any program.
