PT-guided personal performance for companies that want healthier, more consistent, more durable people. Without forcing everyone into the same workout, and without turning it into a public fitness challenge.
This one starts with a different question: what is actually getting in the way of this person feeling and functioning better? For one employee that is strength training. For another it is mobility, walking, pain-aware movement, recovery work, or simply a realistic plan they can keep.
Gallatin OrthoSport Corporate Performance is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Each participant gets an individualized plan based on their body, history, schedule, and confidence level, delivered through a private mobile navigator. Leadership sees how consistently the team is showing up, and nothing private.
Each person privately improves in the way that fits their life. The team builds visible, shared consistency, with no one having to be the fittest to take part.
A short intake and optional movement screen identify each person's goals, history, pain points, schedule, and confidence, so the plan starts from reality.
Everyone is assigned the right plan for them: strength and durability, mobility and recovery, pain-aware movement, walking, travel and minimum-dose, or support around training they already do.
A private, mobile plan with a full workout plus short, travel, recovery, and pain-modified options, demo videos, and completion tracking. It meets people where their day actually is.
Leadership sees aggregate consistency and participation over time. No rankings, no body metrics, no private health details.
Some days people just want to train and get it done. Other days they are tired, traveling, stressed, short on time, or dealing with pain and need help choosing the right version. The navigator does both.
It either takes someone straight into their planned workout, or, if they want it, helps them choose the right alternative for the day. No barrier, no friction, no daily quiz they have to pass first.
The strongest fit is a leadership group or a single department to start, not company-wide on day one. From there it expands in structured waves.
We are running an early Leadership Performance Launch Phase with an executive-sponsored Montana company: individual onboarding, optional group education and movement sessions, personal navigators, and an aggregate team momentum view.
Anonymized participation results will be shared here as the launch phase progresses.
Tell me a little about your team and I will follow up to set up a short call. No pressure, no generic wellness pitch.
I read every one of these myself and will follow up to set up a short call.
